Located in Southwestern Ohio, Springfield provides an array of opportunities for Wittenberg students, faculty, and staff. Its close proximity to highways and airports provides easy access to larger cities like Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Chicago.

With approximately 62,000 residents and a beauty that has earned the area's trees recognition among the "best in the nation," Springfield boasts many "hands-on" learning experiences as well as shopping, restaurants, cinemas, parks, a reservoir at Buck Creek State Park, and a performing arts center that brings world-class entertainment to town, as well as Frank Lloyd Wright's Westcott House and Heritage Center Museum.

Three major Ohio cities -- Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dayton -- are not far from town. Dayton and I-75 are located just 20 minutes west, Columbus is an hour drive to the east with interstate connections throughout the midwest and east, and Cincinnati is 90 minutes to the southwest.
